Wade Zane built his career in industrial construction at Byers Industrial Services, rising from project manager to Vice President of Project Management and overseeing large-scale projects across the country. In 2023, he founded Stable Works LLC — starting in residential construction and quickly making a name for himself, earning back-to-back “Best of South Jersey” awards before expanding into commercial work. But it was through his deep roots in the industrial sector that Wade identified a critical gap in the market: pipe insulation. The demand was massive, the trade was underserved, and it aligned perfectly with the project management discipline and safety culture he’d spent his career building. Today, Stable Works is fully dedicated to industrial pipe insulation — and that’s exactly where it’s staying. When he’s not on a job site, Wade spends his time with his family, building things in his shop, and riding ATVs.
