About the Role:
As a Project Manager at Stable Works, you will be responsible for leading residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll oversee scheduling, budgeting, client communication, and on-site coordination, ensuring we maintain our reputation for high-quality craftsmanship, transparency, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple construction projects (residential & commercial) simultaneously

  • Coordinate with clients, estimators, designers, and carpenters

  • Use project tracking software to monitor timelines and milestones

  • Review 3D designs with clients and ensure build aligns with vision

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on schedule

  • Prepare and maintain project budgets

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience

  • Proficient with project tracking tools and construction software

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of NJ and PA building codes

  • Licensed and insured preferred

About the Role:
The Estimator plays a crucial role in maintaining the transparency Stable Works is known for. You will meet with clients, conduct site visits, and develop accurate, competitive proposals for both home improvement and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site assessments and gather project requirements

  • Work closely with 3D designers to understand scope and vision

  • Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates

  • Assist with pricing and bid submissions

  • Coordinate with vendors for material pricing and availability

  • Maintain updated knowledge of market labor and materials costs

  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding estimate details

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of estimating experience in residential or commercial construction

  • Familiarity with construction drawings and 3D design software

  • Excellent math and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and client-facing abilities

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Journeyman Carpenter with a strong background in high-end remodeling, exterior structures, and commercial build-outs. You’ll work on everything from decks and basements to offices and custom installations, delivering the quality craftsmanship Stable Works is celebrated for.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute framing, trim work, cabinetry, flooring, and finish carpentry

  • Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and 3D renderings

  • Supervise apprentices and ensure job site safety

  • Work on interior, exterior, and commercial construction jobs

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure deadlines are met

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience

  • Proficiency in using power tools and carpentry equipment

  • Strong understanding of construction methods and safety procedures

  • Ability to interpret plans and execute with precision

  • Reliable transportation and own tools preferred

About the Role:

  • Load and unload building materials
