Position Summary:

Stable Works LLC is seeking a motivated and skilled Home Improvement Specialist- Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis. With over 35 years of experience serving Gloucester, Cumberland, Salem, and Camden County, NJ, we specialize in General Contracting, Outdoor Improvement, and Property Maintenance. The ideal candidate will professionally and efficiently undertake various home improvement tasks, such as carpentry, repair, and renovation works. Job Responsibilities:

  • Your duties will include but not limited to:
  • Working as part of a crew to complete various home improvement tasks, such as carpentry, repair, renovation, within the allotted timeline with minimal supervision.
  • Safely operate, maintain and handle various tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, neatness, and precision in all tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while on-site, respecting homeowners, their property, and the surrounding areas.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns on-site promptly and professionally.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the general manager or owner promptly.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Experience within the Home Improvement industry.
  • 5+ Years Prior experience as a Carpenter or related position.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to complete projects within the specified timeline.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of job-site safety, equipment, and a clear understanding of the products and techniques used in home improvement.
