This project involved the professional insulation of new exterior chiller piping to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. We supplied and installed fiberglass insulation with .016” thick aluminum jacketing for the new exterior chiller piping, as well as for the two new exterior 1” bypasses and tie-ins. For the new interior chiller piping, we used fiberglass insulation with PVC jacketing and PVC fitting covers. The installation also included base-mounted pumps and strainers, though evaporators, condensers, and chillers were not included. All trash and debris were discarded from the site, ensuring a clean and tidy completion.
